Elevated skyline photographs taken from rooftop in Harlesden, Brent, London using telescopic mast

Horizon Imaging was recently commissioned to take some elevated photographs of the London skyline, 50 feet above the roof of a building in Harlesden, Brent, London. However, the building was in a very congested area, so use of our radio-controlled drone was not possible. Instead, we used our fully-portable telescopic mast.

Drone aerial photographs capture the expansive Sompting Estate from the air near Worthing, West Sussex

Earlier this week, Strutt & Parker commissioned Horizon Imaging to take some aerial photographs of parts of the large Sompting Estate near Worthing, West Sussex. Strutt & Parker required both aerial and ground photographs of a farmhouse which is being re-let, and also a collection of aerial photographs from across the estate. For once the weather was very kind to us on the shoot day, with blue skies from sunrise to sunset, crisp cold air and a subtle warmth from the sun – just as January should be!

Wallace Place housing development photographed for The Oakwood Group in Carshalton, Sutton, London

Horizon Imaging was recently asked at short notice whether we could photograph the show house in a new housing development in Carshalton, Sutton, London. The photographs were to be taken the following day, and the final processed images had to be available later the same afternoon. Never one to say no to a challenge, Horizon Imaging’s Director, David Hogg, was on site the following morning taking the photographs, and the processed photographs were delivered later the same day as requested.

Horizon Imaging doing its bit for the environment as COP21 discussions continue in Paris

As the COP21 UN Climate Change Conference talks continue in Paris, all eyes are on international governments and politicians as they try to agree a strategy to stop the planet warming by more than the critical 2°C threshold (compared to the pre-industrial average).

s vital as these talks are, it’s equally important that we all do our bit to help minimise our impact on the environment. It doesn’t matter how small the contribution, if everyone does something, it will make a difference. As a passionate environmentalist, David Hogg is doing his bit, both personally, and with Horizon Imaging, to reduce his impact on the environment
